ISCORE Resource Center Mentor Training

Are you an experienced clinical research coordinator, clinical research specialist, or regulatory specialist interested in mentoring the next generation of clinical research coordinators or clinical research staff? If so, now is your chance! The ISCORE-RC is offering mentor workshops tailored to this profession. Throughout a series of virtual sessions, registered participants will learn about the impacts of mentoring, communicating effectively with mentees, aligning expectations, and more! In addition, participants will have the opportunity to earn a Micro-Credential through West Virginia University at no charge. A micro-credential badge can be displayed on LinkedIn and any other professional platform.

The first two Mentor Training sessions, "The Impacts of Mentoring + Maintaining Effective Communication" and "Aligning Expectations," will be held on Thursday, March 28, and Thursday, April 25, from 3:00-4:30 pm EST.
