Engaging WV Community Voices

CEO staff facilitated community focus groups in 10 different counties across the state to identify barriers to research participation. As a result of these activities, a training curriculum was developed to improve community members understanding of research processes and better connect researchers and community members in defining research priorities and building successful community research partnerships. The training is being offered at past focus group locations as well as to anyone interested in learning more about biomedical research.
